If you’re not 100% satisfied with a product you purchase from us we’ll happily accept returns or exchanges during the 7 days following reception of the order and after having communicated by written means the motive for the return.​

Just keep the packing slip that came with your order and all the original packaging materials. Then email us at info@qaytucollection.com. so we can help you process a return authorization.

• Items must be unused and unwashed.
• Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
• Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.

Exceptions:
For items purchased on special promotion with a discount of 40% or more from original retail price, we only accept exchanges and cannot provide a refund.

Refund Policy:

You'll receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days - issued in the form of the original payment or a Gift Card. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. Please note: PayPal exchanges must be even, any balance will need to be charged to a credit card payment tender. Returns and refunds are made at the discretion of Qaytu Collection.
Any customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Qaytu Collection not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.
