RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We want to make your shopping experience with us as easy and smooth as possible. If you’re not 100% satisfied with a product you purchase from us we’ll happily accept returns or exchanges during the 7 days following reception of the order and after having communicated by written means the motive for the return.
Just keep the packing slip that came with your order and all the original packaging materials. Then email us at email@example.com. so we can help you process a return authorization.
• Items must be unused and unwashed.
• Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
• Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.
For items purchased on special promotion with a discount of 40% or more from original retail price, we only accept exchanges and cannot provide a refund.

You'll receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days - issued in the form of the original payment or a Gift Card. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. Please note: PayPal exchanges must be even, any balance will need to be charged to a credit card payment tender. Returns and refunds are made at the discretion of Qaytu Collection.
Any customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Qaytu Collection not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.
